Xashteroids

A silly remake of Asteroids made in GameMaker as a way for me to learn more about the engine. Admittedly it was based on the official Asteroids remake tutorial, but I mostly used it for a base instead of making a carbon copy. Also I added a lot of changes, especially to asteroids spawning.

It might contain a lot of bugs, might spawn asteroids in weird places, and it might be really hard. But, as a first project I am kind of proud of it, even if it is not too original.

Controls:

Left | Right arrow keys  - Turn the ship around
Up arrow - Move in the direction you are facing
Left Shift - Make the ship turn around faster
Space - Shoot (You can hold)
